About us

Cold Breeze LLC is a heating and cooling contractor based in Milford, Pennsylvania, serving Pike County, PA and Sussex County, NJ. We hold Pennsylvania License #PA175599 and New Jersey HVAC Master Technician License #19HC00783700, and we carry insurance.

We work to keep the content here accurate and current, but the site is provided for general information. Descriptions of services, equipment and code requirements are general and may not reflect the specifics of your property. Nothing on this website is a binding quote.

Quotes and pricing

• Estimates for a new or replacement heating or cooling system are provided free of charge.
• A diagnostic service call is charged at $185. That fee covers attendance at your property and the first hour of work, during which we diagnose the fault and give you a price for the repair. Work beyond the first hour is charged only with your prior agreement.
• Prices stated on this website are current at the time of publication and may change. The price that applies to your job is the one we give you in writing.
• A quote becomes binding once it is given to you in writing for a specific job, and it is valid for the period stated on it.
• If work outside the quoted scope is discovered once we begin, we will stop and get your approval before doing it. We do not add charges you have not agreed to.

Scheduling and emergency service

We answer the phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Response times depend on call volume, weather, travel distance and parts availability. We will tell you honestly when we can get to you rather than promise a time we cannot meet.

What we service

We service air conditioning, central heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, and forced-air natural gas and propane heating. We do not service oil-fired systems. We also perform blower door testing for new construction.

Workmanship and equipment warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, and those terms come from the manufacturer. Any warranty on our labor is stated on your invoice or contract for that job. If something we installed or repaired isn't right, call us and we will come back and address it.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your invoice. Financing may be available on system replacements and larger installations; terms, rates and approval are set by the lender, not by us.

Submissions through this site

When you send a quote request, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to request service at the address given. Handling of your information is covered by our privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cold Breeze LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. This does not limit our responsibility for work we actually perform, which is governed by the agreement for that job and by applicable Pennsylvania and New Jersey law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
