Heating and cooling systems rarely fail at a convenient time. Financing lets you get the equipment you need now and spread the cost over time.
How it works
Straightforward, same as everything else we do
No pressure, no games, and no surprise numbers at the end.
Financing is available on system replacements and larger installations. When we come out and evaluate what you have, we'll give you a firm quote first — then, if you want to spread the payments, we'll walk you through the options that apply to the job.
You are never obligated to finance. Plenty of customers get the quote, think it over for a week, and pay outright. That's fine too.

Our lender, Wisetack, lets you check your options up front. It takes about a minute and shows you real monthly payments rather than a guess.

Before you finance anything
Make sure you actually need a new system
Some companies push replacement because it's the bigger ticket. We'd rather you spent less.
We evaluate first
A full check of the equipment, ductwork, electrical and refrigerant charge before anyone talks about a new unit.
Repair wins when repair makes sense
If a fix buys you several more good years, we'll say so — even though it earns us less.

Cost to repair, cost to replace, and what each one realistically gets you. Then it's your call.
