Can’t put into words how grateful I am to Matt and his team for getting our 3 hearing systems installed in the 2 days he committed to. The most capable HV/AC contractor you can ever hire. Installed 4 mini split units in one house, and 2 chiller units in the main house. Dealing with Matt At Cold Breeze was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time in regards to my home. Originally Was going to purchase my own units and Have Cold Breeze install them. However let’s just say when he came over for my free estimate I decided to go with him instead. Extremely knowledgeable. Very Professional. And The customer service was Outstanding. Matt was very friendly. He did everything he said he was going to do. 2 Samsung mini split units with all the wiring and covering needed. Mateusz was great to work with. He was very communicative and responsive through texts and emails, would notify you if there is a slight change and would be committed to do great install. He seemed very honest and not trying to up-sell and not appearing or talking to you as some salesmen would. He proposed different systems highlighting differences in performance, cost and what he would recommend. He has many years of experience. He communicates clearly how long the install would take, what is involved and what the process would be. During the install, he took care of protecting the floors so that they do not get damage by equipment, performed the install as he said and tested the system to work properly. The system work flawlessly and the install looks very clean. I highly recommend Cold Breeze.

After meeting with the owners and receiving the quotes, it became immediately clear that Matt’s proposal was by far the best! (For not only the price, but also his interactions/demeanor). When making decisions on any bigger ticket items, I always complete due diligence. So, when we decided to have a ductless heat pump/AC system installed to replace the costly baseboard electric runs and window air conditioners, I researched both the brands as well as the local installers. We had 5 different HVAC companies survey our home and provide bids based on recommendations from contractors we use and reviews we read. In the end, we chose Cold Breeze, and we're extremely pleased we made that choice. Matt quickly responded to my request for a site survey, and just as quickly provided his estimate in writing on the Samsung equipment he would install. His price was very reasonable, and we decided on the date of the 2-day installation, which was just a few weeks away. Matt arrived as scheduled, and the work progressed steadily and professionally. His decision to go with one compressor instead of two by running a line under in our crawl space saved a lot on initial cost, and will result in ongoing operational efficiency (though the work he did in such tight space had to be difficult on him). The exterior unit, ductwork, and fit/finish of the interior mini-splits all show expert craftsmanship on his part. Matt also works very clean, even taking off his shoes when in our home, and thoroughly cleaning up as he went along. The 2-day project was begun and completed as planned, and the bill was exactly as originally agreed upon. We're already enjoying the warmth these units provide. Excellence start to finish, and highly recommend.
